About Shelley
Netflix. Cookies. Dogs.
My love of dogs started at a young age. I've been training and competing in dog sports for a number of years. I took my first agility class with our family dog, Lucky, when I was around 12 years old. I love photographing events, as the connection between handlers and their dogs is what a relationship between humans and animals is all about.
Combining my passion for photography and my love of dogs seemed like a natural step!
I capture on-location portraits using natural light. Whether it be at your favourite park or pathway, or one of my chosen locations, I aim to bring out your dog's personality and create artwork you can treasure for many years to come.
Photographs are far more than memories - I also want them to be pieces of art you can proudly display in your home.
My greatest inspirations.
There truly is nothing else like the love of a dog. These three keep me going. They get me up in the morning and have taught me so much. Not just about photography, or training, or dogs... but about myself. I've met so many incredible people through my dogs, and they have shaped my life. I'm so grateful to have so many amazing photos of them, and can't wait to record more of our future adventures!

Nova
2008 - 2019
Nova, a burning star gone too soon. The sweetest Border Collie whose sudden passing in December of 2019 left a giant hole in my heart. She lived up to the name SuperNova - always so full of energy and life!
Cody
2000 - 2018
Cody was with me through so many important life events. He was my rock through it all. I'm so happy for an amazing 17.5 years with him. He was always a goofy boy who wanted nothing more than to be loved in return.
